Home Delivery Q&A

What's the minimum spend? 

Minimum spend on orders is $25 and an $8 delivery fee, HOWEVER orders over $150 receive free delivery. 

What happens to the esky after my delivery? 

Keep them! Leave used boxes out for recollection on your next delivery, ensuring they are clean. Remove order information and liner from boxes to reuse eskys.

Please remember, failure to return may result in an extra fee. 

When will my delivery arrive?

Upon check out, your delivery day will be stated prior to payment. Further, delivery days can be found at the end of this page. Please note, there is a cut off time of 12 noon the day prior to your set delivery day. 

Public holidays will affect delivery days and delivery cut off times. Please monitor our Facebook and Instagram account for further details. Alternatively, you can contact our store. 

Orders are delivered between 9am-5pm on the set delivery day.

Orders are packed the day before and leave the store before retail staff arrive so late orders cannot be accommodated.

 Do I get a notification upon delivery?

- You'll receive an 'Out for Delivery Notification' via email with an Estimated Time of Arrival link when the driver leaves.

- After the delivery driver drops off the box, you'll receive a text message notification.

Make sure your mobile number is linked to the order for updates.
