As the holiday season approaches, we’ve made the heartfelt decision to take some time off to enjoy precious moments with our families. Here's everything you need to know to ensure your furry friends are covered during this time:

📅 Christmas Trading Hours

• December 16th - 21st: Open as usual, with deliveries running as normal
• December 23rd: Shop open as usual, with final deliveries for suburbs south of the shop
• December 24th: Shop open as usual, with final deliveries for suburbs north of the shop
• December 25th - January 1st: Closed, with no shop trading or deliveries
• January 2nd - 4th: Shop open as usual, no deliveries
• From January 6th: Back to normal trading and delivery schedules

📦 Important Ordering Notes

• All orders must be placed by the standard cutoff time: 12 PM the day before delivery.
• To avoid missing out, we strongly recommend placing your orders early. Increased demand during this period may result in delays or missed deliveries if the cutoff is not met.
• Bulk orders cannot be guaranteed leading up to Christmas, so please place your orders as soon as possible.
